The story behind The True Color Experience — and the season that changed how I approach each day.
If you're like me, you've seen color analysis all over social media. After seeing so many reveals and researching what it was all about, I was determined to get my own colors done! Little did I know it would be such a transformative experience, leading me here to be your color analyst!
I was in the thick of my first postpartum, struggling with an identity crisis, and hadn't realized how much I had become disconnected from myself in so many ways. Not to sound cliché, but getting my colors done helped me rediscover a part of myself and has continued to support my journey of self-healing.
After discovering my true colors, I left feeling empowered, and it forever changed how I approach getting ready each day. I am now able to recognize why certain clothes feel 'off' when I put them on and can dress for confidence and energy alignment. There's less decision fatigue when looking at my closet, leaving more energy for other areas of my life. I feel more in tune with myself when I dress in my season, which allows me to show up more authentically in life!

This 22-season approach goes beyond the traditional four seasons to find the palette that fits you most precisely, so every color recommendation is tailored to your natural undertones, contrast, and features.
My Own Palette: Classic Soft
Kyshel is a Classic Soft, a neutral palette that sits between Summer and Autumn in the 22-season system. It blends Summer's cool undertone with Autumn's warm undertone. It's not as light as Summer or as dark as Autumn, with low-to-medium contrast and soft, muted colors.
